Yekaterinburg's revamped women's health clinic reopens with cutting-edge care

A newly renovated women’s health clinic has reopened in Yekaterinburg’s Central City Hospital No. 3. The upgrade was part of the Modernization of Primary Healthcare program. Patients received continuous medical care throughout the renovation period. The clinic now features expanded examination rooms with a calming interior design. It is equipped with modern furniture, advanced medical technology, and devices such as fetal CTG monitors and digital videocolposcopes.

Medical services are divided into seven units, catering to expectant mothers, gynaecological patients, and preventive care. The facility provides diagnostic and treatment services to over 19,000 residents in the Zheleznodorozhny District. The renovation cost approximately 21 million rubles, or $230,000. The clinic’s reopening brings improved facilities and equipment to the community. The upgrade ensures better access to specialised care for women in the district. The project was completed without disrupting patient services.
