Kazakhstan honors top oncologist with prestigious 'Shapagat' medal for medical breakthroughs

Professor Alexander Digaev, a leading surgeon and oncologist, has received the 'Shapagat' medal for his contributions to medical science. The senior ordinator at Kazakhstan’s National Scientific Oncology Center was recognised for advancing surgical oncology in the country. His work has left a lasting impact on healthcare and research.
