Kuwait's Female Diplomats Reshape the Country's Global Influence

Kuwaiti women are playing an increasingly prominent role in the country’s diplomatic service. Their contributions are strengthening Kuwait’s presence on the global stage. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has highlighted their competence and professionalism in key positions. Women now make up 21 percent of Kuwait’s diplomatic corps. Out of 145 female diplomats, 65 are currently serving abroad across 47 Kuwaiti missions. Three women hold the rank of Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs.
