Wolfsburg Hospital Hosts Special Event for Expectant Parents During World Birth Week

Wolfsburg Hospital is marking World Birth Week with a special event for expectant parents. Scheduled for May 19, the gathering will offer expert advice, guided tours, and informal discussions over refreshments. The event will run in two sessions, at 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, each lasting around two hours. Attendance is capped at 30 people per session, with registration open via the hospital’s event calendar.

In the main foyer, informational booths will cover a range of services. Representatives from Wolfsburg’s newborn home-visit service, the human milk bank, and the intercultural fathers’ office will be on hand. Midwives, doctors, and the hospital’s parenting education team will also answer questions from attendees.

After the discussions, guided tours will take participants through the delivery rooms, pediatric clinic, and postnatal ward. Expectant parents can also chat one-on-one with experts over coffee, tea, and cake about pregnancy, childbirth, and caring for a newborn.
