Vyksa's medical hub redesign fails state review for the second time
A revised design for a medical hub in Vyksa, Nizhny Novgorod Region, has once again failed state expert review. The decision marks the second rejection for the project, following an earlier setback in March 2025. Officials have not yet explained the reasons behind the latest ruling. The negative verdict was officially recorded on April 30, 2026, in the Unified State Register of Construction (GIS EGRZ). The review was carried out by the Nizhny Novgorod Regional State Budgetary Institution State Expert Review Board for Design Documentation. This body assesses whether construction plans meet regulatory standards.
The medical complex is being developed by Medsi Vyksa LLC, with Baltinzhiniring acting as the technical customer. Stroypromtorg and Platforma were responsible for drafting the design. Despite adjustments made after the first rejection, the updated proposal still did not pass inspection. The project now faces further delays as developers must address the unspecified issues before resubmitting. Until approval is granted, construction of the Vyksa medical hub cannot proceed. The next steps remain unclear without official feedback from the review board.
