TaskUs Empowers Women in India with New Initiatives on International Women's Day
TaskUs Inc celebrated International Women's Day with a series of initiatives across its India offices. The events aimed to promote inclusivity and create more opportunities for women in the workplace. Activities included recruitment drives, mentorship programmes, and employee engagement sessions.
In Gurugram, the company launched MystiqHER, an initiative designed to support women employees through wellness sessions, self-care workshops, and mentorship. Financial literacy and health awareness programmes were also part of the effort. The goal was to strengthen professional development and personal wellbeing for women at TaskUs.
A special recruitment drive drew 351 candidates, with 63 joining immediately and 43 receiving job offers. Another 84 high-potential candidates were shortlisted for future roles. The process included structured interviews, interactive challenges, and a 'Women Talk' session, along with speed mentoring and a talent showcase.
Across India, TaskUs teams held gatherings and discussions to recognise women's contributions. Topics covered wellbeing, leadership, and career growth, encouraging open conversations. The company also recently earned certification as a Great Place to Work® for 2025 and was named one of Asia's Top 10 Inspiring Workplaces for 2025.
