Supernus Pharmaceuticals reports record $719M revenue in 2025 with surging drug sales

Supernus Pharmaceuticals has released its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025. The company reported record revenues, with total earnings reaching $211.6 million in the final quarter alone. Several key products showed strong growth during this period.

The company's total revenues hit $719.0 million for the full year, driven by rising sales across multiple treatments. ZURZUVAE saw a significant jump in U.S. sales, increasing by approximately 187% in the fourth quarter compared to the same period in 2024. Collaboration revenue from this product also reached $32.8 million in the same quarter.

Qelbree performed well, with net sales climbing 9% to $81.0 million in the final quarter of 2025. Total IQVIA prescriptions for Qelbree rose by 18%, reaching 253,742. GOCOVRI also saw growth, with net sales up 5% to $38.6 million in the same period.

ONAPGO, launched in April 2025, generated $8.9 million in net sales during its first full quarter on the market. Since its introduction, over 540 prescribers have submitted more than 1,800 enrollment forms for the treatment. However, no specific data on patient uptake has been released yet.

Combined revenues from the company's four main growth products—ZURZUVAE, Qelbree, GOCOVRI, and ONAPGO—totalled $161.3 million for the quarter and $521.8 million for the full year.

Supernus Pharmaceuticals closed 2025 with strong financial results, reflecting growth in both sales and prescriptions. The performance of its key products suggests continued expansion in the coming year. The company's latest treatment, ONAPGO, has also seen early engagement from prescribers since its launch.
