RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG reports 6.8% revenue growth and €0.20 dividend in 2025
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG has reported strong financial growth in 2025, with revenues rising by 6.8% to €1.7 billion. The hospital group also expanded its medical technology, including cutting-edge imaging systems and new treatment facilities.
Shareholders are set to receive a dividend of €0.20 per share, as proposed by the company's leadership.
The group treated 938,650 patients last year, a 2.5% increase compared to 2024. This rise in cases contributed to consolidated revenues of €1,704.7 million, up organically by 6.8%. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) reached €105.9 million, while consolidated profit stood at €36.3 million.
Investments in 2025 included a new laboratory line in Gießen, advanced cardiac catheter technology in Marburg, and a 3 Tesla magnetic resonance tomograph. A radiotherapy system for cancer treatment was also added in Bad Berka. The group further introduced photon counting computer tomography, making it the only hospital network in Germany with three of these latest-generation systems in operation. Beyond technology, RHÖN-KLINIKUM expanded its care services and launched new development projects. A joint breast centre was established in Gießen and Marburg, while logistic partnerships with Asklepios began in March 2026, starting with supply integration in Frankfurt (Oder). Additional collaborations with MEDICLIN are planned for later this year. Looking ahead, management forecasts revenues of around €1.7 billion for 2026, with EBITDA expected between €110 million and €125 million. Non-financial indicators, such as case numbers and cost efficiency, are also projected to see moderate improvements.
The company's five existing locations—Bad Neustadt, Bad Berka, Frankfurt (Oder), Gießen, and Marburg—remain unchanged, with no new sites added in recent years. Instead, the focus has been on internal upgrades and strategic partnerships.
With continued investment in technology and patient care, RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG aims to maintain its growth trajectory in the coming year.
