Nuvation Bio Unveils Pipeline Progress at H.C. Wainwright BioConnect 2026

Nuvation Bio Inc. (NUVB) recently took part in the H.C. Wainwright 4th Annual BioConnect Investor Conference on May 19, 2026. The company showcased updates on its drug development pipeline, including new data from ongoing studies and progress on its key treatments. The conference presentation was led by Robert Burns, Managing Director & Senior Healthcare Analyst, alongside Nuvation Bio’s leadership team. This included David Hung, Founder, President, CEO & Chairman, and Philippe Sauvage, CFO & Principal Financial Officer. Their discussion covered the company’s three main programmes: IBTROZI, safusidenib, and its Drug-Drug Conjugate (DDC) platform.

IBTROZI, a ROS1 inhibitor for non-small cell lung cancer, received approval in July 2025. The company also highlighted taletrectinib, another drug approved nearly a year ago. Meanwhile, safusidenib, an IDH1 inhibitor targeting brain tumours, remains in pivotal clinical studies. Updated pooled data from the TRUST-I and TRUST-II studies were shared during the event. Investors were informed that further updates on the DDC platform are expected later in 2026.

Nuvation Bio continues to advance its oncology pipeline with multiple drugs in late-stage development. The conference provided a detailed look at the company’s progress, including recent approvals and upcoming milestones. Further updates on its DDC platform are anticipated before the end of the year.
