Nizhny Novgorod's Women's Leadership Program Welcomes 300 New Changemakers

The Nizhny Novgorod region has kicked off the fourth season of its Women's Leadership program. This year, 300 participants were chosen from more than 20,000 applicants for the 12-week course. Training sessions are being held at the Government of Nizhny Novgorod Region's Corporate University.

The program is structured around four modules designed to foster a lasting network of women leaders. Participants will attend master classes on public speaking, lectures on family values, and workshops on developing social projects.

Previous graduates have already made a tangible impact. They organised nearly 40 humanitarian aid shipments to the special military operation zone, manufactured camouflage netting, and provided support to the regional children's hospital.

This season's curriculum also requires attendees to create and present their own social initiatives. The focus remains on practical skills and community engagement throughout the 12-week training period.

The initiative continues to expand, with a sharp rise in applications this year. The 300 selected participants will now undergo intensive training aimed at enhancing their leadership qualities and civic contribution. Their projects and efforts will likely build on the achievements of past graduates.
