Nizhny Novgorod's Women's Leadership Program Kicks Off Its Fourth Season with 300 New Participants
The Nizhny Novgorod region has launched the fourth season of its Women's Leadership program. This year, 300 participants were selected from over 20,000 applicants for the 12-week course. Training sessions are held at the Government of Nizhny Novgorod Region's Corporate University.
The program is structured around four modules designed to cultivate a lasting network of women leaders. Participants will attend master classes on public speaking, lectures on family values, and workshops on developing social projects.
Previous graduates have already made a significant impact. They organized nearly 40 humanitarian aid shipments to the special military operation zone, manufactured camouflage netting, and provided support to the regional children's hospital.
This season's curriculum also requires attendees to create and present their own social initiatives. The focus remains on practical skills and community engagement throughout the 12-week training period.
The initiative continues to grow, with a sharp increase in applications this year. The 300 selected participants will now undergo intensive training focused on leadership skills and civic contribution. Their projects and efforts will likely build upon the achievements of past graduates.
