Neryungri Hospital Unveils Major Upgrades After Full Reconstruction

Neryungri District Hospital in Southern Yakutia has completed a major reconstruction project. The upgrades will serve over 50,000 local residents with modernised medical facilities. Key departments have been fully renovated, including the Women's Health Clinic and Block A's inpatient ward.

The hospital's Block A now features a fully refurbished 150-bed inpatient department. This replaces the previous ward of the same capacity, ensuring continuity of care. The therapy and neurology departments will soon move into this updated space.

Renovations have also transformed Block B, Treatment Block A, and Block V. The Women's Health Clinic has been completely rebuilt, offering improved services. Modern medical equipment and ergonomic furniture have been installed throughout, designed to boost staff efficiency and patient comfort. Work is still underway in five additional buildings. These include the dermatology and venereology clinic, the adult outpatient clinic, and the emergency care unit. Consolidating inpatient services in one location has already made care more accessible and streamlined.

The completed renovations mark a significant upgrade for Neryungri District Hospital. Residents now have access to better-equipped, more efficient medical facilities. Further improvements will continue as remaining departments undergo modernisation.
