Five Asia Pacific NGOs win 2026 Her Health Grants for women's healthcare

Organon Asia Pacific Cluster has named the five not-for-profit recipients of its 2026 Her Health Grants. The funding will support projects aimed at improving women's and girls' access to reproductive and sexual health services across the region. Each organisation will tackle specific challenges, from contraceptive access to menopause care and adolescent health education.

The Asia Pacific region received a significant share of this year's grants due to its fast-growing yet underserved healthcare needs. Since the program's launch in 2023, over 150 organisations globally have benefited from Her Health Grants, with early projects focusing on menstrual health in Australia and cervical cancer screening in rural Kenya.

In Indonesia, UNFPA Indonesia will use the grant to expand access to contraceptive options and reproductive health information. The project targets underserved women and girls, aiming to reduce barriers to family planning services.

Meanwhile, **UNFPA Vietnam** will focus on industrial zones, where female workers often face limited healthcare support. Their initiative seeks to improve contraceptive access and reproductive health services for these women. Thailand's **Kenan Asia** plans to strengthen family planning programs through community outreach and provider training. The goal is to increase the availability of modern contraception and ensure women can make informed choices. In India, **PSI India** will work with schools to empower adolescent girls in sexual and reproductive health decision-making. School-linked programs will provide education and resources to help young women navigate their health options. Australia's **Eczema Support Australia** will address a different but critical need—improving care navigation for women experiencing menopause alongside eczema. The project aims to enhance health outcomes by offering tailored support and guidance. Organon Asia Pacific has emphasised collaboration with local leaders to ensure the grants create measurable impact. The Her Health Grants program continues to prioritise equity, access, and informed choice for women and girls in the region.

The 2026 Her Health Grants will fund five diverse projects across the Asia Pacific, each targeting gaps in women's and girls' healthcare. From contraceptive access in Vietnam's industrial zones to adolescent health education in India, the initiatives reflect the region's pressing needs.

Since 2023, the program has grown steadily, with over 150 organisations worldwide now supported. This year's recipients will begin implementation in the coming months, focusing on tangible improvements in reproductive and sexual health services.
