Dragon Copilot expands with trusted clinical tools for healthcare professionals
Dragon Copilot is expanding its range of trusted clinical resources for healthcare professionals. The platform will now integrate content from leading evidence-based providers to support clinical decision-making. Users will also gain access to new tools designed to streamline workflows and improve accuracy.
The update includes partnerships with major medical publishers and databases. Wiley and the Cochrane Library will supply high-quality, independent evidence directly within Dragon Copilot. Wolters Kluwer's UpToDate content will also be available for customers holding an active license.
EBMcalc medical calculators are being added to assist with evidence-based clinical decisions. For cases where curated sources are limited, the platform's safe web search will provide trusted, evidence-linked answers. Additionally, Elsevier ClinicalKey AI will be accessible to licensed users.
Beyond external resources, Dragon Copilot is enhancing integration with Microsoft 365 Copilot. Clinicians can now pull relevant information from emails, chats, OneDrive, and SharePoint into their workflows. The expansion aims to reduce reliance on unauthorised AI tools by offering verified, secure alternatives.
The additions strengthen Dragon Copilot's position as a centralised hub for clinical knowledge. Licensed users will now have access to calculators, publisher content, and internal Microsoft 365 data. The changes are set to improve efficiency while maintaining evidence-based standards in healthcare settings.
