Dr. Hank Eros Revolutionizes Aesthetic Care for Melanin-Rich Skin

Henry 'Dr. Hank' Eros is changing the face of aesthetic medicine. As the CEO and founder of LuxMode Aesthetics & Wellness, he specialises in treatments tailored for melanin-rich skin—a field often overlooked in research and practice. His clinic, the only Black male-owned medspa in the DMV, was built to fill a gap in representation and care.

Dr. Hank, a double board-certified family nurse practitioner, entered aesthetic medicine to address a clear need. With expertise in family medicine, dermatology, and aesthetics, he noticed a lack of specialised care for deeper skin tones. His practice now offers neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid fillers, and regenerative treatments designed specifically for melanated skin.

Facial balancing lies at the heart of his approach. Rather than drastic changes, he focuses on subtle enhancements that optimise natural features. Maintenance is key, with regular facials, microneedling, and IV hydration recommended alongside a healthy lifestyle.
