Christ Hospital Expands Women's Healthcare with New Kentucky Clinic
The Christ Hospital Health Network is expanding women's healthcare in Northern Kentucky with a new 4,551-square-foot clinic in Southgate. The facility will open for patient care on March 16, staffed by five recently acquired OB/GYN physicians and a team of 13 additional specialists. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. to mark the official launch. The new Southgate location follows the network's acquisition of five OB/GYN physicians from Mercy Health earlier this year. These doctors, along with 13 support staff, will provide expanded care for patients in the region. The move builds on previous announcements of new medical sites in Cold Spring and Union.
Debbie Hayes, President and CEO of The Christ Hospital Health Network, highlighted the importance of increasing access to women's services in Northern Kentucky. Dr. Neha Jeirath, one of the newly joined physicians, also shared her excitement about becoming part of the network's award-winning women's service line. The clinic's opening comes as part of a broader effort to strengthen healthcare options for women across the area. While details on additional doctors from other practice teams remain undisclosed, the new facility aims to meet growing demand for OB/GYN services.
The Southgate clinic will begin seeing patients on March 16, offering specialised care in a modern setting. With five physicians and a full support team in place, the facility is set to serve as a key healthcare hub for Northern Kentucky. The ribbon-cutting event on Wednesday will formally introduce the new space to the community.
