Aviatra Accelerators Honored at NKY Chamber's 2026 Women's Leadership Breakfast
The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Women's Initiative (WI) has chosen Aviatra Accelerators as the nonprofit recipient for its 2026 Annual Breakfast. The event, sponsored by PNC, will take place on Tuesday, March 3, from 7:30 to 10 a.m. Olympic gold medalist Mary Wineberg will deliver the keynote speech at the gathering.
Founded in 2010, Aviatra Accelerators supports women entrepreneurs by offering coaching, education, and a membership community. Its programs guide women from business ideas to launch and from early earnings to scaling up. The organisation also provides free and low-cost resources through its Incubator concept for early-stage ventures.
Jill Morenz, President & CEO of Aviatra, has helped over 3,000 women in the region start and grow their businesses. Since its launch, Aviatra has directly supported more than 1,200 women through individual coaching and mentoring. The nonprofit encourages community involvement through donations, teaching, sponsorships, or volunteering at events.
Holly Nibert Harrison, Director of the NKY Chamber Women's Initiative, highlighted Aviatra's role in connecting women to essential resources and community networks. Registration for the breakfast ranges from $60 to $90, though NKYP Event Pass holders can attend for free.
The 2026 Annual Breakfast will raise funds for Aviatra's ongoing work in empowering women entrepreneurs. The event aims to strengthen support for women seeking financial independence through business ownership. Attendees will hear from Olympic champion Mary Wineberg while contributing to Aviatra's mission.
