Arnsberg workshop tackles stress and mental load with yoga and resilience tools

The Gender Equality Office of Arnsberg is offering a workshop to help people manage stress and improve mental well-being. Titled 'Always Under Pressure? Paths to Mental Clarity and Physical Relaxation', the event will take place on two separate dates: July 4 and September 19. Participants can choose either session to attend. The workshop will run from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM at the WUNDERVOLL Seminar Center on Hüstener Markt 1a. Each session includes a yoga class and a light meal, alongside discussions and exercises.

Four facilitators—Julia Pauli, Anne Scharfenstein, Melanie Schulte, and Verena Lingemann—will lead the programme. Their focus will be on recognising personal stress triggers, understanding the link between thoughts and well-being, and addressing *mental load*—the unseen burden of organising daily family life. Spaces are limited to 18 participants per workshop, with a registration fee of €29 per person.

The event aims to provide practical tools for reducing stress and fostering mental resilience. Those interested can register for either the July 4 or September 19 session. Further details are available through the Gender Equality Office of Arnsberg.
