Annett Dziuba named new Director of Nursing at Asklepios Schildautal Clinic
Annett Dziuba, 59, has taken over as the new Director of Nursing at Asklepios Schildautal Clinic in Seesen. She brings over three decades of experience to the role, having started her career at Seesen Municipal Hospital in 1991. Her appointment follows Reiner Noelle's departure after more than three years in the position.
Dziuba began her nursing journey in Seesen before moving to Asklepios Schildautal Clinic. Over the years, she has worked across multiple departments, gaining broad experience in patient care. Her leadership roles have included heading the internal medicine ward, the Intermediate Care Unit, and the Central Emergency Department.
In 2018, she became a department manager, overseeing several wards. During this time, she also contributed to digitalisation efforts and helped integrate international staff into the clinic. Her expertise led to a temporary promotion in 2022, when she served as interim Director of Nursing for six months.
This year, she was named Nursing Manager of the clinic before stepping into her current role. Her long-standing commitment and varied responsibilities have prepared her for this new challenge.
Dziuba now leads the nursing team at Asklepios Schildautal Clinic. She replaces Reiner Noelle, who is moving on to pursue opportunities outside the organization. The clinic's nursing department will continue under her direction, building on her years of hands-on experience and leadership.
